INFOTEHNA's project of work and life balance receives an honorary recognition for hrm exemplary practice of 2010

Regional Chamber of Commerce held a ceremony in recognition of Human Resources Management best practices today. The jury decided to award INFOTEHNA Group's project of Work and Life Balance as an exemplary best practice of the year 2010.

The project itself is aimed at reducing stress at the workplace and an increase of individual's commitment and identification with the company. It consists of 20 measures all directly or indirectly affecting work and life balance: e.g. an extra day of paid leave for all employees accompanying their children into kindergardens and first grade of primary schools, free sports activities for employees and their family members, financial donations at the birth of a child, etc.

The jury considered applicants' projects carefully and unanimously decided to grant the recognition to INFOTEHNA Group. Dr. Boris Dular, Director of Human Resources at Krka, and jury's president, explained: »INFOTEHNA tackles employee dedication systematically. The company not only focuses on employee, organizational culture and climate development, bonuses and awards, but also bets on high degree of integration and personal identification of each individual. INFOTEHNA's exemplary practice is a proof of a real care and concern for employee satisfaction.«
