"When ratiopharm started the dossier management project for regulatory affairs in the beginning of 2002, we found out that most existing software products or customized solutions we evaluated did not really fulfill our requirements. At that time it was some kind of fortunate coincidence that we made contact with PLIVA and INFOTEHNA.

We took the risk, joining a running development process for a sustainable dossier management solution, but we were confident from the beginning that the broad experience in regulatory affairs processes we recognized at INFOTEHNA and PLIVA would lead to a very good solution and a successful project.

We were not disappointed, quite the contrary! In the end of 2002, we had a running pilot system with all basic processes in place. Putting in our ideas and experiences as a new customer was never a problem. We had a very good team spirit from the beginning, and it was and still is a fruitful cooperation for us all."
