USER GROUP

The IPUG is a voluntary organization of buyers of Infotehna applications who have agreed to share their work experience about using Infotehna applications. The IPUG membership is confirmed with signing the statement. As a rule, the IPUG organizes meetings once or twice per year. However, on a member’s request, it is possible to call an ad hoc meeting with a specific topic.

The advantages of membership in/working in the Infotehna Pharma User Group:

  • By working in the IPUG a sense of belonging to a family of users of Infotehna applications is developed and the trust of buyers is positively influenced.
  • The IPUG presents a forum where knowledge is available to the buyer. The latter is directed to meet the requirements of the standardization.
  • The main objective of the IPUG has to be developing »best practices« .
  • Information on development and presentation of how selected additional applications operate in other companies.
  • Advertising expanded possibilities of applications (advantages of integral process) by means of advanced buyers’ experience.
  • The IPUG should as well suggest advantages of the further development of the GLORYA application and by doing this the decision should remain with Infotehna.

General meetings:

  • Presentations of new solutions and approaches as well as a look into the future.
  • Infotehna’s new products (new application version, new functionalities, new applications, attending events)
  • A round table on the current situation and the needs of further application development
  • Tips and tricks (details about application use, valuable ideas and proposals)
  • Information about customer situation (the state of a project, new use, plans)
  • An introduction of a Q&A section is desired where all participants could get important answers to all their problems regarding technical and pharmaceutical issues. Questions would have to be formulated in advance in order to prepare the answers.
  • Customer interaction.
  • Important information gathering.
  • Socializing and having fun – something to remember.

Working meetings:

Meetings of narrow scope for a small number of participants can be organised in view of the needs and customers’ problems with the main purpose of sharing ideas and solutions.
